Manager Network & System Administration

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Designs, builds and implements network and systems infrastructure
•Manages day to day operations of IT infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business
•Manages and develops technical IT staff
•Provides senior level expertise for:
◦Networking technology, design and routing protocols
◦Directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP
◦MS Exchange, email integration and archiving
◦Internet infrastructure
◦Remote / international access infrastructure
◦Operating system environments such as Microsoft Windows, AIX, and Linux
◦Data backup, storage systems and DRBC
◦VOIP systems
•Ensures PCI compliance is maintained for IT Infrastructure
•Development, enhancement and execution of IT operations processes
•Troubleshooting and resolution of IT infrastructure issues
•Monitoring and reporting of key IT KPI’s and metrics
•Capacity planning and performance monitoring
•Technology research and planning
•7x24x365 support
